Being a long time fan of Kevin Smith, it’s only natural that i would eventually read the comics he has written. I don’t know why it took me this long, but i finally read the Clerks graphic novel today. The art was clean and well done, and it was unmistakeably written by Kevin Smith. His unique dialogue brought back a lot of nostalgic feelings from when i first rented Clerks from Blockbuster because it “looked cool.” I doubt I would have enjoyed this book as much if I wasn’t a fan of the movie and knew the characters, but I’m glad I did.
